Construction :
TECHNIC filter press consists of a Sturdy 304/316 Stainless Steel( chamber with top cover bolted with eye bolts and wing nuts. A Filter cartridge assembly consisting of Horizentally arranged plates, supporting Screen, interlocking cups and filter media is fitted in the chamber by a centre bolt. A pump suitable to the product is connected with the unit and mounted on a suitable stand with castor wheels. Filter press can be supplied without pump in case positive pressure flow is already available. Where ever hot filteration is required the unit can be provide with jacketed chamber.

Available size. 90, 142 and 293 mm. dia. 25 and 47 inline Filter holders also available. These filter holders are GMP Complying. The holders are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The inside surfaces are mirror polished for easy effective cleaning.

Thy are extensively used in Pharmaceutical industry for the production and packaging of infusion and injection solutions. The filtered sterile liquid stored in the vessels can be directly drawn out by the filling machine syrings. 

Sailent Features :
1. Manufactured from high alloy stainless steel (AISI 316) quality. 
2. All joints are argon are welded. 
3. The interior and exterior of all vessels are fine ground to give a mirror polish finish. 
4. A long tube is provided to ensure complete drawing of the fluid. 
5. An air TIGHT lid with a viewing glass is provided. 
6. These vessels can be put in an autoclave OR can be STEAMED for sterlisation. 
7. A sterile vent filter can be supplied with the unit as an accessory. 
8. Available in capacities between 20 & 200 Ltrs.
